The processor retains sole and exclusive responsibility for payment processing of transactions, including the settlement of funds, but will provide reasonable assistance in liaising between you and the processor concerning the payment processing services. We assume sole responsibility for providing customer service or support to our customers for any and all issues related to our products and services, including, but not limited to, issues arising from the processing of cards through our payment processing services.
